my assumption is it's probably fine, but I worry since I had that issue in may that required megestrol AND a blood transfusion.

but i'm not having any of the symptoms I was having back then like a pounding headache, high bp, etc

She says it's also possible that me being late with a megestrol dose a few days ago did this, but idk about that

it is a bit heavier than last month, but maybe THAT'S from the late megestrol
