So I made pulled pork the other day in a slow cooker with tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, celery, red pepper flakes, etc. It cooked for hours. I removed the meat and usually I make beans with the broth

But, I thought, why not try dumplings. The Chinese use pork with their dumplings. It doesn't have to be chicken. So I doubled the nutmeg as this is a more flavorful broth than chicken
