(füd) This is what nearly half a gallon of sweet 'n' spicy pepper jam looks like.

You can't see it here, but it's this gorgeous almost orange marmalade color.

Made with damn near every pepper from the community garden. Green and red bell peppers, Anaheim, jalapeño, Hungarian hot, and even a couple Thai chili.

All that's in it is peppers, sugar, water, pectin, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. It's amazing. Slightly warm but not overpowering. Nice and sweet, but still tastes like PEPPERS. And it'll be amazing on crusty bread with goat cheese this winter.

Each little jar is 2 cups or a half pint. Big guys are full pints. We have three and a half QUARTS of jam there.
