Felt a little lazy, so I didn't wash my large frying pan and instead reached for my rectangular tamagoyaki pan to make a grilled cheese sandwich. Burnt the first two attempts. Tossed them in the trash bin. Third was showing signs of success until I started to notice the amount of smoke in the air and realized my trash can was on fire.

The downstairs bathroom is right there, so I just calmly brought the bin into the shower stall and blasted it. Then I grabbed every box fan I own and used them to direct air flow away from the birds' room because guess what can instantly kill birds.

I have all the doors and windows open and locked Ferris and Vivian into the bedroom with me and Zoe and Jabari. If raccoons visit, that's a hit I'm willing to take.

I had just dumped some greasy, dried remains of forty mozzarella sticks into the bag, and I had used sheets of tinfoil along the sides, so I'm thinking that must have been it? There wasn't a roaring flame, it was just a lot of carbs and grease coming together with enough energy? Maybe??
