I hate Steam games that require Origin to run

same, and also for uplay

Just adds another minute or two to how long it takes to boot the game up

And adds MORE SHIT to my computer that is probably spyware in some form or other

That seems like it defeats the purpose of Steam

The alternative is basically those games not being on Steam at all, which is what EA was doing before

But yeah it’s a totally negative value-add

yeah - thank goodness the few EAs I had on steam predates the origin requirement (because EA decided to stop supporting it because it didn't sell enough)
