I know there's like 900 episodes and a magic potion that turns you into a kid

And I guess there's a black organization that is the bad guys

that's about it

something about trains

it's a serial detective show. each 2-3 episodes is a self contained mystery. the black organization are the big recurring metaplot

main character is a high school detective who was turned into a kid and has to solve mysteries. he uses some fancy spy gadgets to help him since he's small, and also uses them to make this bumbling detective he lives with seem like the actual one solving the case

i ignore most of the metaplot myself and just focus on the standalone mysteries
