it's entirely possible Ash would get as far as cuffing/tying his hands and then get distracted making out and then teasing goes out the window

LOL I'd like to think if Zepar were naked or partially so that Ash wouldn't get distracted by the cats

at least if he's sober

and if it was the other way around, Zepar would 100% be doing it on purpose
