[Persona] Okay question for my old school persona loving friends. Do you think it'd be a good idea for me to play Persona 1 before Persona 2?

Like I get told to play Persona 2 but not heard much about Persona 1

Story wise, it’s the same as the others in that it’s different and doesn’t really need to be played in any particular order. That being said (and I think Pixle can correct me if I’m wrong) some of the P1 casts cameo in P2 IS and EP. One in particular will be a party member in IS (idk about EP that’s still wip for me)

But it doesn’t require P1 knowledge in particular. I watched Innocent Sin and aside from Pixel : giving me the easter eggs, the story was easy to follow.

I say watch Persona 1

Persona 2's gameplay is a lot easier than P1 (P1 has area of effect spells and it's 1st person to move around it is a biiiitch to play for the most part)

there's also movies by the same guy too but they aren't just 8 hours each one is about 15 hours
