we can just say that Huaisang wound up falling asleep and Wei Wuxian held him the rest of the night or something. he was pretty tired and maybe pushing himself too hard. or they just made out for a bit. like the main thing I'd like from that thread is just Wei Wuxian seeing all the bite marks on him
