Serval speaks... whatever language has mutated into on post-apocalyptic Earth. I'm pretty sure Japari Park is in Japan somewhere since the names of the islands are in Japanese, so I'll go with that.

Mai and Marina also probably only speak Japanese. Easy.

Now, Anna, on the other hand.

When your character is German, her last name is Italian, half her spells are in English, the other half are in Portuguese, her weapon's name is Spanish, and she's speaking Japanese in the show, you can probably assume she knows a lot.

She's mage aristocracy, after all.
