Slim's loop is a very achievable quest. It's right there in Sweetwater. There has to be a host on that loop (like how Clem got retasked on the Madam loop because there always has to be a Madam). There always has to be a 'Slim'. El Lazo is actually less important because he's less unlockable.

Same I love where this William-Steve thread might go. Steve isn't affected but may as well be. He's all polish and charm which William saw right through immediately. Take that away and he really can't lie very well at all.
it would suck (ha) for Steve if William somehow found out all his weaknesses. not that William has any actual cause to do him harm right now. .... I think?
