I think if govt really wants to be ubiquitous, they should shift their energies into helping businesses and schools reopen safely instead of trying to stop the virus. They've shown that they can't.

The lockdowns made things worse. How can you lockdown the urban poor areas, the informal settlers, the packed barangays? Even if they stayed home the virus will still spread.

The "mega-swabbing" center is probably helping spread COVID in NCR. They're indoors only 3 feet away from each other according to DOH guidelines.
