How many time do I sign my name on any given day? https://images.plurk.com/67HSDKJznEZThHwhx0JqIp.jpg(gaha)

It's literally all I do from the time I arrive until noon.

The signatures differ depending on if I'm witnessing, notarizing or writing a check.
Confusing!!

You can get a stamp made of your signature and sign your paperwork with that. (wave)

Springtime Ace♠ : stamped name isn't considered a legal signature by court. They literally check for pressure points on the underside of documents made by a pen.

Oh Ok.
I had no idea that what you were doing was formal.

mimi : A Trust require a lot of signatures all by itself. I can't recall now what else I was signing. Likely All.The.Things!!

Many legal filings can be done electronically. Unfortunately, Family law is not one of them. Ours require a personal touch.
Original notarized signatures are required because the other party need to be served with that original document once filed and returned from court.
