I fucking hate people sometimes. Entitled fucking asshole pissing and moaning to me about our system, then gives me major attitude when he asks "So what is the benefit of opening an account with [bank]?"

He said it was "insulting" and he was being treated like a "juvenile."

All because our mobile deposit system doesn't work the way he likes.

I told him three times I'd submit a complaint for him but he went up one side of me and down the other.

I'm so thankful for the trick that smiling when you talk makes you sound cheerful because I'm so done with people.

Sounds like we both got the Fun Stuff today...
