[cw: spiders] a tale of two spiders

so this morning, heading to my shower, i see a spider in my bathtub

poor spider is probably stuck there because spiders vs porcelain, so i decide to help it out with an old toilet paper tube

as soon as i get the spider out of the tub, deposit it on the bathroom floor, i look up and there's another spider

about twice the size of the first spider, just hanging out in the middle of my bathroom floor

i think nothing of it, continue getting ready for my shower, but then i notice this second spider is acting...weird

like. falling over randomly, getting freaked out by dustbunnies, etc

I watch the spider for a bit just to like. make sure spider bud is okay, then get in my shower

not more than ten minutes later, im done with shower, i come out, and second spider is dead

just. on its back, legs curled up, doesn't move when i poke it with a tweezers

anyway. that is my tale of two spiders

like. i guess whatever was going on with the bigger spider explains why it was acting so weird? but man i have not seen a spider go from living to dead like that
