the ojamajo doremi twitter actually announced that there will be a cameo yesterday

everyone just... expected that the girls will be in a crowd shot so this was a little disappointing

Yeah, the game of telephone spread from "brief cameo" to "full crossover episode" and some people got very disappointed at the actual content.
