Just got back from visiting the hospital, and I'm angry

first of all, the nurses.. none of them wore masks despite regulations. And they're negligent with the patients.. Stepdad's in a wheelchair, with one working leg, but the nurse basically can't be bothered to assist him with going to the bathroom etc.. Mom's calling them tomorrow >_>
