today the ventura california police dp called them back and he or she gave them the exact minute of the video, footage where they zoomed in, and the exact coordinates longitude and latitude.

My son does better when I don’t hold his hand and he is able to be more independent. It depends on the child? As long as there aren’t any immediate dangers around, some kids do better not being constantly kept close.

I didn’t see anything wrong with the footage and she probably knows her kid better than any of us do. She loved her son a lot and given that people have drowned or almost drowned in this lake a number of times, I don’t think it was anything other than a really tragic accident.
