I made this bread this morning and ... it's not horrible, but next time I think I'll add vanilla and cinnamon.

I like almond flour foccacia, but that has cheese in it, which helps with the flavor. What I really want is something that tastes as good as the homemade bread I used to make, but is diabetic friendly. Such a thing may not exist. :-P

Update: I discovered the bread is tastier if I toast the slices in my toaster oven.
