okay! I think I'm done terraforming

at least for now, I'll probably want to add back the pond I removed

but I am content with the general shape of the rivers and cliffs

demolishing the interim bridge, moved the campsite to what is probably not its final location but the engine isn't quite sophisticated enough to recognize "I would like to move the campsite like, just a scooch this way"

next plans, now that the land is shaped the way I want it: I'm gonna move the museum, build the permanent bridges, move the businesses, move most of the houses, probably move the orchard...

it. will take a lot of time.

Is terraforming the only way to move a bridge?

Oh- no, that's actually not a terraforming thing at all, you talk to Tom Nook about it

it's just that I initially put it in a place I didn't really like and I was always planning to demolish it eventually

or at least terraform around it to make it look nicer

but then while terraforming I significantly changed my vision of what the island should look like to the point where there was no longer any river around the bridge lmao
