Are all these large events and their invitations just happening on SL facebook? I don't even know where to look anymore, but I feel like I just missed out on participating a fundraiser for BLM and an event to celebrate pride.

Especially the pride thing. I feel somewhat saddened I missed out on being able to support what I am.

You can take part in the Stand For Justice event if you want, they are taking designers still. They just opened it and it will prob keep growing.

SL FB has been a source of a lot of toxicity and I've been keeping away from it. So I've been extremely reluctant on making a brand account on it to keep my sanity in check (and also I've had privacy issues with FB in the past and I've been deathly afraid.)

I get you there for sure, and I am wary of it myself. I tend to stick to in world communication so I know whom it all comes from and can ask questions.

Ah I see what you mean, and totally get that for sure. If you do one, just make sure you have help to keep it monitored and it should be ok.

I use SL FB and I don't recall seeing anything about sign ups for either on their either, if that makes you feel better at all?

and to answer your question, we don't really use FB either, so we shared the invite inworld via the Fifty Linden Fridays group, and on plurk, asking everyone to re-share and re-plurk. it was also posted by the New World Notes blog. it's definitely hard to reach everyone especially within a short time frame, so please let me know if you have suggestions of

other places we can share the creator sign up form. we want to include everyone.
