I think the actual English term is

Portal Fantasy?

but the genre of "person from earth finds themselves in a fantasy world"

like Narnia

except in Japan this genre has absolutely saturated the market, and every single one builds on all of these ridiculous tropes

and sometimes there are some slight variations, and once in a while a new sub-genre of isekai forms (which then immediately spawns ten million imitators which are exactly the same)

"that time i got reincarnated as a youtuber" would honestly be an excellent title for this video series
