[music] Have I talked about how much I love this band lately? Apocalyptica's latest album is very soothing

which, might not hold for people not me, because metal band. This album is a little softer, though

I like the inclusion of other instruments in a couple of the songs too

I'll give it a listen -- I am fond of them. (I like the cello.)

I used to listen to a lot of Apocalyptica

I think my favorite is a tie between Catharsis (I know why they picked a snippet of it to put during the credits of the music vids) and Fire and Ice. I really like Scream for the Silent too

there isn't a song on the album that I don't like a lot. though Beyond the Stars could do without the voiceover near the end. but that may also be a me thing. lyrics and words have to grow on me. it takes a lot of listens before I can really say I like a song with lyrics

(I did not like their last album much at all. although the melodies were great, the lyrics kinda ruined most of the songs. I did grow to like some of the lyrics eventually but there was probably only two songs with lyrics from that that I listen to often)

huh, I didn't know Apocalyptica was on the soundtrack for Death Stranding. Maybe I need to play it
