I have a question for clarification of something!

So Det Loki's been there about 6 months. I assume that he now can 'officially' leave, if he wanted to. He does plan on staying but just checking on what happens - I assume he's informed they found his time/world (since he accidentally fluxed in) and that he now has the option.
