plurk poll: whats your favorite detail you've added to each monster design you've done?

it's not visible in the ref art ParanoidPatriot did for him but Black Hat does have a second, smaller row of hooked-back teeth on the roof of his mouth like pythons AND he has vestigial spurs, again like pythons

the scales on Elsa's back form a diamond pattern similar to Bruni's!

and when he's in travel form the hat pattern on his hood changes depending on which hat he was wearing when he shifted

(and it's four diamonds specifically for each element)

for demon it's the hat pattern that becomes obvious when he flares his wings up just right!!

i like javert's wings and his mood-glow

I've made enough jokes with my pink blood choice for arachne so I have to go with that. But for naga I am still really proud of how I got around the bag with a hood design. I enjoyed the little pink scales I threw in to pay homage his old extra eyes too.

I don't have a monster ref for Peace yet, but I like her patterned opal horns on her head
