Linden Homes Update

The old Linden Homes regions are safe for now and the lab are still working on the new Linden Homes regions.

New upcoming themes will be released during 2020.

there may be a mention at SL17B (Second Life 17th birthday) next month then at christmas for new themes. My best guess.

This is surprising. So they had enough land set aside for LL homes, but not enough for unexpected surge in demand due to pandemic?

DevinVaughn not surprising at all, there is more profit for them in people getting premium then a a single region. Retention is probably greater as well, it makes total financial sense. Someone paying 10 or 11 dollars a month, is more likely not to cancel, then a single person paying for the monthly region costs.

As I recall, they had a big reserve of regions when stuff started.

I just wish they would do something, anything, less normal Western world based; even if its not fantasy/sci fi

does anyone live in the old linden home regions?

My partner still uses his old linden home. Anytime I was there, there were only a few others hanging out in theirs. That was before all this started. Long before. I think I only spoke with one person the whole time we hung out there.
