[Exercise] I bought a weighted vest for when I start walking again.

I was going to wait, but I remember the last time I waited to buy something, a bidet, and then they went out of stock.

A lot of the weighted vests are out of stock already, and it just so happens the one I want is still in stock, but takes 1-3 weeks to deliver.

Instead of waiting I'm going to suck it up and buy it.

Amazon.com : RUNmax Pro Weighted Vest 12lbs/ 20lbs/ ... I got the 40lb one. You can take the weights out.

I think it's 10 total weights, so they're 5lbs each.

Until the gyms open back up and I feel safe going to the pool, I'm going to walk to start my exercising back up. I've been sitting around for months because I don't have a choice.

I've been lucky that I adjusted my eating and I haven't gained more than a pound or two.

Wow 5lbs each. LOL my math is bad. They're 4lbs each.
