yes! like, he survived the fall and I was hopeful, but then they had the scene with him trying to save his cat and the plate falling down on him.

but then his cat was like "come here" and when they got to him he was still alive!

All that padding helped...

i had stopped RIGHT at the start of chapter 13 and was emotionally wrought at the point i had to spoil myself to this fact or i would have been real messed up over it lmao

I was just so certain they would all die like they did in OG

so, when I went down and rescued him and he didn't just have a delayed death I was so relieved and happy.

I like that we could go back into the rubble and try and rescue people
