any advice for ringing ears?

had a pounding headache a little while ago, took a rapid release tylenol, ate a taco, drank a cold soda and the headache eased but ears still ringing like an asshole ;;

is it congestion?

possibly, allergies are unusually hellish today

I have some advice that I got from a nurse a few years ago, but it was for ringing cause by congested eustachian tubes

she said take some decongestant, lie down on your side with one ear pointed up, and keep a heating pad on it for twenty minutes. then roll over and do the same thing on the other side

it was to help the ears drain

definitely a thing to try later. sadly raids are soon XD so won't be able to do that very long

if I remember, it did help pretty quickly, but it sounded pretty funny for a while
