Jersey is still getting over 3k new cases a day

wow, that means it is still really spreading rapidly and just that number in general is depressing

we have some days where we slip just below 3k, but it keeps coming back up

OhCecilia : I guess what I meant was that the virus is still circulating in the communities of NJ. Tho it's hard to say if that means this was 2 weeks ago or still is.

Amber : I just got an email from labcorp saying their covid test only takes 2-3 days so it makes it even more difficult to know what's going on.

but yeah, seems to me that people aren't being careful enough for sure

it's so annoying because Trump and his base are pretending the first wave is over when it isn't anywhere close to being over

I'm really worried because people are acting like this is a cold weather thing, but one look at a world map shows its not. And the site I am following has taken the red dots off their map for some reason...
