Morning Chef I got a farm box yesterday and it included a big bunch of radishes. No one here likes radish in a salad. Is there a way to do something interesting with them so they dont taste like crunchy pepper? Any ideas?
Thanks! We were just thinking of making kebabs with some items from the box and including the radishes. Its fun figuring out how to use things I would never have bought while supporting a local farm
Yes. We were part of a CSA for a while, it was new and trying to get off the ground but did not survive. I received a few items that I would never have purchased and had to figure out what to do with them. Always fun to try something new.
