Grilled cheese - it’s what’s for lunch (all week). Got some sharp cheddar, medium cheddar, and Cotswold, and did a mix and match on rye bread. Happy Sunday!!!

Indeed. Grilled cheese is a wonderful comfort food.

I like it best on rye, although there are some white breads that also work well. You need something that is not too dense, so that it crisps well.
