大概是因為容器太小+圓形,我每次用圓形鍋子裝下去烤就會中間慢熟於是加長烤的時間,很煩

雖然我就喜歡烤到咖啡色的那層比較香,但太乾還是會影響口感,而且我家其他人都喜歡吃濕軟的(他們還覺得蒸蛋糕比較好吃,但那完全沒辦法呈現出蛋被烤乾的香味我表示拒絕
