Some spread from people coming back from skieing in the north of Italy. And It seems to spread among what we call the bible belt fast now too. Conservative protestant villages.

The difference is huge between the top 3: Italy 17,5, Spain 14 and us 4,5 per 100.000.

I can understand a higher number of cases per capita because of the density/carnival etc. I just wonder about the death count because I would assume from what I know about the Netherlands that most residents would have better access to decent health care services etc.
