I was able to get most of the things I needed at the store when I was there yesterday so I won't have to keep ordering food this week from Doordash and waste more money like last week lol

I woke up on time today and didn't have to rush around. I'm a little nervous about how it's going to work when I have to go back to getting up an hour earlier than I am now to accomplish the same things because of the commute at some point but for now, I love that I'm getting to sleep in and today was the best timing so far.

The boys haven't come over yet today so it's been very peaceful. I love them so much but I'm too introverted for them to be here every day. I think they finally realized that I'm trying, but I just...need to alone time to recharge.

In that extra hour, I listened to more of my audiobook and went to the grocery store before the crowds to get the couple of things I didn't realize I'd been low on when I went this weekend.

oh that's an excellent sign for your sleep schedule!!!! whenever that happens and you wake up naturally and feel rested ahead of time, that means you don't have sleep debt

I've been considering dumping all my old EOs as I imagine they've expired by now and investing in a decent diffuser and some new blends

I used to use them for massage so I never needed a diffuser and I also haven't done massage in years now LOL

Honestly I got a like $8 diffuser on Amazon and it runs great, makes the whole living room smell great, and it goes for like 8 continuous hours

And Plant Therapy has been rated really well, like up there with Young Living but it's considerably less expensive so

I used to use Eden's Garden because they were skin safe. they have gotten WAY bigger since I last used them LOL

Oh yeah I would've been more picky about my brand if I was using them at all topically, even if I was mixing them w/ a carrier or w/e but I just diffuse them and occasionally put a couple drops on my vacuum filters after I clean them (protip: makes the air smell nice, especially useful when you have pets cuz that makes it smell so bad even after cleaning)
