i need to decide how im gonna do zetta's sanctuary vs elle's

and how much i wanna do to sanctuary before moving on

i'll probably do like i did with elle, set up the sim settlement stuff and then move on?

but

i need to decide how its gonna be done

elle set up primarily interior plots inside the sanctuary houses

the thing im running up against is that --

elle repurposes pre-war buildings as much as possible, and when she does (help) build stuff, its very ramshackle and typical wastelander style. very big on reusing whats available in the environment

her taffington is based almost entirely on what would be available to scavenge in the area (aka in malden)

with zetta, i dont tend to worry as much about whats easy to scavenge. i wanna do that with furniture, but when it comes to buildings and etc, her style is a lot cleaner, more developed, and she's got the skills and willingness to melt shit down and reshape things

but. sanctuary is special for zetta

she's kind of weird about it, and understandably

she wants as little to change as possible. she wants to fix up the houses. she wants to restore it. but also -- she swings back and forth between possessiveness and hating being there

elle looks at sanctuary and the space and goes, this would make a nice little town

zetta looks at sanctuary and cant help but see her ghosts

...so i might not end up doing much with it for now after all

so the question instead becomes, since shes not setting stuff up for more people to move in, how much is she going to do for the quincy survivors?

how nice is she going to make it before she goes?

i might fix up the houses she put the beds in, and thats it
