she's just an idiot and i'm sick and tired of repeating myself

she can't comprehend or retain things, and she can't explain herself. in one of the meetings earlier that was just between me, her, and the boss, she tried to blame me for something she did poorly

he was asking her why something she did looked bad and wasn't done earlier, and she tried to deflect it back to me lmao

i lost my patience with her in front of the boss and immediately cut in to explain what actually happened, which was her telling me a bunch of bullshit excuses and that she "can't" do things a certain way (read: she doesn't know how to and won't do the work to find out or listen to us when we try to give her advice)
