con day one! i thought it opened at 1PM today, until one of me furry congoer pals texted to tell me they'd drop a coffee off for me at 10AM sharp, and i was like huh

cue me staring bearily at the text, then checking the conbook dealer den times, then racing for the con at like 9:15 ... it had already been open for patrons at 9am but fuck it close enough

also i went through the wrong lane at the border crossing and befriended the nice canadian border guard, who opted not to charge us the usual $540 fee for doing that. he sent us into the border office to be interrogated by less kind guards, but we made it through in the end
