Me: I think it's from something generally comic, or light. One of the secondary characters is present where one of the protagonists - a guy? - is being tossed out of a building or at least out of the space the other protagonist is in. The secondary character is clapping approvingly, pointing "get out", and clapping some more.

Chris-at-work: yeah I got nothing on that

Me: It's something I've seen more than once, too.
