Yeah, BoJack has been super helpful to me when I'm not feeling great, but also........ it is very depressing, and I think people's reaction to it can be very different.

The ending for S2 in particular was very uplifting and inspiring to me, but when my sister accidentally got sucked into the second half of S2 after a bit of background watching and she thought that ending was incredibly depressing.
