I personally recommend The Clock King but I'm also a horribly biased Temple Fugate fan

(It's a really good episode! I'm rather partial to the much later "Knight Time, but mostly because it involves Superman impersonating Batman hilariously badly)

(Lock-Up is also great because 1) the bad guy is basically a right wing radio host on steroids, and 2) the fucking Batmobile gets booted, which is just a fantastic absurdity all by itself)

(The series is just so freaking good.)
