RL day job update: Because I stood up for myself and professionally addressed long-standing issues with the team I was on I have now transitioned off of the problem team and should be starting a new project on a new team very soon. It's a win!

Meanwhile the PM who had issues with my disabilities is straight up avoiding me and won't even make eye contact anymore. I'm getting hints that disciplinary measures are underway. I'm calling this another win.

The team seems to be undergoing new processes that encourage collaboration and communication. The new PM on the team is so great. She talks about being a team and tells members who to go to for help. She's arranging meetings and actually managing tasks that need done.

Stuff is starting to actually get done now. Amazing how that happens when you act like a team and communicate.
