I may actually have ditched my preponderance of Hufflepuffs somewhat, but it's still gonna be that or Ravenclaw. (I have been moved to app one Gryffindor in my life.)
Claudia is a 'puff. She would've expected to follow Joshua into Ravenclaw, but her motivations are less academic. I point you to 'kidnapped a federal agent in order to rescue her brother.'
Naoki would end up in Ravenclaw by virtue of it being the least terrible fit. He does have a 'puff streak but it quite literally takes the fallout of his sister dying to unearth it.
Hifumi would do well for herself in either Ravenclaw (look, she's a 'requires max Knowledge' link like Mitsuru, I can't rule it out) or Slytherin ('I'm gonna be the first woman in the main shogi pro league!').
Crowley is a 'puff. Sure, he gave humanity its first taste of knowledge, but he doesn't like to be caught reading. He's no academic for its own sake. What he is is undyingly loyal to the things that earn it (Aziraphale mostly).
She loves reading for its own sake, and firmly believes there's no such thing as a stupid question (even if Anxiety Brain sometimes says otherwise), and also doing well in school was a useful tool for getting the fuck back to England.
Characters I'm not playing as much these days: Kanji Tatsumi is the World's Angriest Hufflepuff; Yusuke is a Ravenclaw of the Luna stripe; Sam is a 'puff much to his own chagrin; Ruby Lucas is my lone Gryffindor ever.
And then there's Regulus, who as I play him really should have been in Ravenclaw, but after the fallout of Sirius ending up in Gryffindor, he was legitimately worried he wouldn't survive his first Christmas home if he did that.
(On the subject of OUAT, but further afield from RP: REGINA MILLS IS A HUFFLEPUFF, FANDOM. She learned from a quintessential Slytherin, but the last thing she wanted as a kid was, you know, any part of her mother's legacy.)
