You can run EHMS without Lowen/Emma. Cause I've run plenty of EHMS as Verica, and there was no Emma.

idk what your facilities are, but this is max T1 Chimera with Max Prom. Bare miniumum on dojos if you have the event facilities.

other than me not yet having the sunstones for sakuya, EE and70hp from augments, this is approximately her meta setup so i can't think it could be anything other than me needing to unbind her weapon more

That build is basically, if you don't have Lowen or Emma. Which if you are only pugging this, that's probably your best bet to get in for now
