also i did overcook my egg a teensy bit, so the yolk was a little more solid than I liked, but it was still delicious, and I had some avocado to pair with the rice that wasn't soaked in the yolk

i usually set my timer for a few minutes more than what the recipe asks for

iirc the one i used said 20 and i did 23

and even then my yolk was a little harder than i prefer

but it can vary between 20-25 iirc, depending on your burner, eggs, etc.
