im not a person who disciplines ppl well

Is there a higher up you can talk to for advice?

Also if it helps, consider discipline a way to help subordinates correct their behavior and thus retain their jobs.

I've done the advice n everything but it's still stressing me out, and I'm really tired of being stressed out because other people misbehave and then don't like to be told they misbehaved

i wonder if you can use positive reinforcement to like, train them with candy when they do something you're happy with, or something similar /steeples fingers

i can't bring food onto the call floor but i give them stickers when they perform well

tbh that's mostly bcuz i like stickers
