I may have to accept that i have arthritis in my fingers. Only two of them but

I have arthritis in my pinky fingers, myself. I used them incorrectly to hold up my flute in marching band when I was a kid, and now they have a tendency to lock up if I hold something wrong. :C

I thought I did and it turned out to be tendonitis affecting my hand and sleeping in a wrist support thing helped. And taking NSAIDs for a bit. And then the flare went down and chilled out and it only kind of flares now and then instead of always?

It might be from my work but i've only been here two and a half years, doesn't seem like long enough yet

But even with arthritis that kind of thing might help. If you are in a position where you can see a doctor they might be able to help?
