I honestly wanted to stay the whole time but whenever my schedual gets bad it was hard to be involved and get AC.

I put it in. Komaeda has been traveling learning about different towns and stuff in an attempt to avoid everyone for fear he would bring nothing but bad luck, but finally feeling a bit guilty about avoiding his responsibility is bringing him back.
