we've had issues with our water pressure ever since we lost hot water a few weeks ago, so our clover has been non-functional and we get occasional error messages on the esp machines
the first manager she hired for us was from outside starbucks and probably embezzled money as well as fudged some rules to get a minor to work more hours than is legal
the third manager she hired is the current one who is lovely and is from sbux, but she's been handed a ship with holes in the hull and then blamed for everything that has subsequently gone wrong
DM didn't let us shut down when we had water issues, and she never even answered the phone when we asked to shut down when we got a foot of fucking snow and several partners almost slid off the road coming to work
and i tried to explain that we had no choice because it was winter, we'd had several people slip and fall on our floors already, and failboss had never bothered to order the rugs we usually use for winter
this is the same DM who, along with another manager, helped run one our of shift supervisors out of the store a few years ago, because the supervisor had dared to speak up about some of the shit going on, and had dared to coach one of our other partners on work ethic
also, when another supervisor implied that she wanted to transfer to another store, SUDDENLY this supervisor got two corrective actions in a row, for things she had been told to do
she keeps making decisions that are just not good for our store at all. we were warning her about racist failboss for ages, but it took failboss finally being publicly racist for her to do anything, and THEN, we had to go above the DM's head and contact the partner center about it
whenever she has "advice" it's about....really stupid aesthetic type stuff, like, "oh you shouldn't have that box of tea visible to customers, it looks bad uwu~"
there was some really shady shit going on during embezzeling boss and during failboss's times but it's all really like...not many details or concrete things i could point to
