I think Amazon music just made themselves functionally useless for me.

Most of my library is on Amazon music. I'm pissed.

They've been trying to entice people to their unlimited service for ages but they just made a change that eliminates most of what I use it for: no more playlists allowed unless you pay for the unlimited service monthly.

I buy so many random songs specifically to put them on playlists.

So I guess that money's going to someone else now.

before I got spotify I just downloaded the .mp3 and used media player to play stuff
so i guess the next step for amazon is not to let you download the songs anymore, streaming only

Yeah, if they haven't started that already I may have to back up my entire collection asap.

I probably have thousands of dollars worth of music on there by now.

I mean, I only ever listen to my music streaming anyway. I'll probably switch to Google Play for future purchases now.

It just pisses me off that I'm going to have to have two versions of all of my playlists now. :T

I happened to already have that same Kenna song on Google so I just started a new playlist over there.
